Old School Photos

When you photograph people in colour you photograph their clothes.

But when you photograph people in black and white, you photograph their souls!

  ~Ted Grant

I love black and white photography.  The majority of my pictures are in color, and there isn't much more inspiring than a beautiful sunrise or sunset in all God's glory.  However, there is something about black and white photographs that have a timeless, ethereal feel.   The crew is sharing pictures of what a homeschool day looks like in their house, and I've chosen to take a "photojournal" approach and share our day in black and white.

Luke heading off to school...he's still half asleep...

Playing before school starts!

 Peek-a-boo!

Mousekercize!!

Time to stop playing and start working.  Somebody doesn't want to!

Finally at work.

And enjoying learning despite himself.
our school day in pictures

Speech therapy and tongue exercises.

Damien's turn for the trampoline.

We started to bake a pie for arts-and-crafts, using cookie crumbs for the crust.  Somebody stole one of the cookies.

Napping while the pie cools.

Time for homework.  Matthew is studying genetics and looking at family traits.  Today's questions:

Are your ears attached or detached?

Can you roll your tongue?

The only two Falcianis who can roll tongues.

Tallying the results.
